Mothers Morning Out..................................................

Mother's Morning Out is a nonprofit program, licensed by NJ Division of Youth and Family Service whose philosophy is to provide a safe and happy environment for children while the parent has a free morning or afternoon at an affordable cost. MMO began in 1975 with 45 children and has grown to its present enrollment of 245 children. The program is staffed by a full-time director and qualified child care workers. The staff is now required by NJDYFS to complete a minimum of eight hours training in the child care field each year. Children from two months to three years are eligible for MMO and are grouped into three categories.

Hours
The Mother's Morning Out program runs:
  • Monday through Friday mornings from 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM
  • Monday through Thursday afternoons from 12:45 PM - 3:15 PM

Lunch Bunch
Lunch Bunch is an extended time to eat lunch and play for 1 1/2 hours. Lunch Bunch is offered five days per week for an additional fee.

Registration
Registration begins in spring for the following year. Church members do not pay a registration fee and are allowed two sessions per week. For registration, information and questions, contact the director, Sue DeWeever at 232-2084.

Board of Directors
A board of directors governs the program and meets regularly to determine policies and procedures and to act as a sounding board for ideas from the director. Mother's Morning Out is a wonderful program, which serves our church by providing an outreach program to the community. We are celebrating our 27th year of providing a popular program with an excellent reputation.
