This Sunday’s theme is “God is with us when we’re lonely.” Have you ever felt overlooked or wondered if anyone really notices you? We all long to be seen, valued, and welcomed for who we are. Sometimes life feels busy, noisy, or even lonely—and in those moments it can be hard to believe that we truly matter. Deep down, each of us hopes to be recognized, not for what we do, but simply for who we are.

Sermon Series
Life is a journey—full of smooth highways, wrong turns, surprise scenery, and holy encounters. Join us for “Road Trip: On the Go with God,” a new series inspired by our VBC “Road Trip” theme.
Each week we’ll follow a Bible story that reminds us: “The LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9). Whether you’re setting out, going off course, bursting with joy, feeling lonely, or traveling near and far, God meets you on the way—and leads you forward with hope. Pack light, bring your whole self, and come travel with us.
This Week in Sunday School
This Sunday, music and activities are themed around the story of “Joseph and His Brothers.” Kids will discover that families may fail us but God won’t.
Our Sunday School program is designed to foster an environment where faith can thrive! Questions are encouraged, excitement is palpable, and the adults who staff our program are engaging, caring, and thrilled to be there!

Youth First Middle School Group
We are thrilled to share that our new program for middle school students in 5th-8th grade will be kicking off this Sunday during worship! Students will begin in the Sanctuary with their families. When all the kids leave for Sunday School, the middle schoolers will head to Coe with Joe, and do an outreach project each week - this week is making 50 lunches for Bridges.
If you have a student in high school who would like to help Joe with coordination of the program, or if you have any questions, please reach out to Joe or Pastor Jenn!
Sing with the Choir
If you ever want to sing with the choir, just come to the Sanctuary at 9am on any Sunday!

Join the Fun in Children’s Music!
At 9:30am, 1st–6th graders (with 6th graders helping as leaders) and our PreK/K kids will have a combined rehearsal in Coe. At 11am, our PreK/K kids will also have a short rehearsal in the Sunday School room.
