This Sunday, October 4, is World Communion Sunday, celebrated on the first Sunday in October. All around the world, Christians in every language and tradition will gather around the Communion table, and we'll be gathering right along with them - joining our siblings in faith across the globe to explore how the same simple ingredients can create entirely different experiences from one table to the next.

This gathering meal has been understood and explained in countlessways over the centuries. At First, we don't have to agree on what happens to the bread to know that something happens to us. Everyone is welcome at our table.
