Rental Requests for Church Facilities

Thank you for your interest in renting one of our many spaces at FCC!

Please fill out the form below to submit your request. In order to help us determine whether we are able to accommodate your request, please provide as much information as you can.

Please note that submitting this form is a request only and does not guarantee a reservation. Your rental will be confirmed once we have verified availability, agreed on terms, and received a signed contract and deposit.

 

Starting FEES for SINGLE USe (As of March 2018)

(Please note: Weddings & Funerals are under a separate fee schedule. Please contact Office@fccofwestfield.org for more information about holding a wedding or funeral at FCC.)


Starting rates (Member/Non-Profit/Non-Member Rate)

  • SANCTUARY - seats 250 ($450/$450/$550)

  • PATTON - seats 80-85 ($450/$650/$850)

  • COE & KITCHENETTE (sink, refrigerator & microwave only) - seats 30 ($75/$75/$100)

  • MAIN KITCHEN ($100/$100/$200)**

  • Repeated-use fees may be different and will be discussed after we receive your application.


Staffing

A staff member from FCC is required to be onsite during your event. Fees are in addition to the rental rates above and are to be paid directly to the person providing the service. Additional fees for setup and/or cleanup may be necessary.

  • First two hours: $100

  • Each additional hour: $25

Additional Fees

Additional fees may include (but are not limited to):

  • **A refundable deposit of $100 to cover clean-up, if necessary.

  • A refundable deposit of $25 for use of a building key.

The Fine print

If the application is granted, the representative of the applying organization, as well as the organization itself, hereby assumes:

  1. Full responsibility for the preservation of order in said premises.

  2. A certificate of liability insurance is required. Full liability for any and/or all damage to property of the Church during the occupancy thereof, and any and all injuries sustained by persons occupying the Church under this application, or damage or loss of their property however such damage, injury or loss may have occurred, will be assumed by the applicant, and the applicant will hold the First Congregational Church of Westfield, New Jersey, harmless of any damage or for any injury or loss.

  3. The observance of all regulations of the Church governing the use of its property. Please note that the presence of alcohol on church premises must be approved in advance.

  4. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to cancel continuing use of buildings by outside organizations on 15 days' notice.

  5. This permit does not allow the use of any Church supplies, property or equipment, nor the privilege of rehearsals or other use of the space except as specified in the application.
